We want you to love your Nip + Fab glow, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure products are unused, in their original packaging, and include all security seals.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your skincare products in their original box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all lids are tightly closed.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
